“Psychodrama is a holistic, strengths-based method of psychotherapy in which people are helped to enact and explore situations from their own life…
current or past relationships, unresolved situations, desired roles or inner thoughts and conflicts…
Witnessing and participating on each other’s personal stories can generate feelings of deep understanding and trust among group members.”

Drama Therapy Group
with Dana Truelove, M.Ed., RP, CCC
Manage anxiety, build confidence and connect with others through creative expression
Through drama-based techniques such as role-play, improv, movement and storytelling, participants will be invited to express themselves, shift unhelpful patterns, and practice new ways of relating to yourselves and others—all within a fun, social environment.
Dana creates a comfortable environment by blending humour and fun with opportunities for deeper emotional healing and processing. The atmosphere of the group will be laid-back, respectful, warm and inclusive. You will never be pushed to participate in any way that doesn’t feel right for you.
